Mengacu pada informasi terbaru dari Sociabuzz terkait dukungan pembayaran mereka di 66 negara, kami memutuskan untuk merilis panduan untuk mengirim dukungan kepada talenta kami.

Panduan ini ditujukan kepada penggemar talenta Nakama Virtual, tak hanya di Indonesia, namun juga di seluruh dunia.

Bagaimana Cara Mengirimkan Tipmu melalui Sociabuzz?

Pertama-tama, silahkan akses laman Sociabuzz Tribe dari talenta Nakama Virtual yang hendak kamu dukung.
Klik tombol berwarna hijau dengan tulisan "Send your Tip!" untuk membuka kotak dialog untuk mengirimkan tip.
Pada kolom Amount to be given atau Nominal, silahkan isi nominal tip yang hendak kamu kirim. Kamu dapat menentukan mata uang yang ingin kamu kirim, sesuai dengan lokasimu.
Pada kolom Message atau Pesan, silahkan isi pesan yang hendak kamu sampaikan kepada talenta kami.
Pada kolom Your Name atau Nama Anda, silahkan isi nama anda. Kolom ini opsional, dan anda dapat mencentang kolom Anonim atau Anonymous jika memilih untuk tidak mengisi nama.
Pada kolom E-Mail, silahkan isi alamat surel anda.
Centang kotak syarat dan ketentuan yang ada dibawah kolom E-Mail.
Klik tombol Choose Payment Method atau Pilih Metode Pembayaran untuk memilih metode yang diinginkan
Setelah anda memilih metode pembayaran, anda akan diarahkan ke laman pembayaran. Setelah membayar dengan metode yang anda pilih, pembayaran akan otomatis masuk ke Sociabuzz.

Sebagai catatan:

Nakama Virtual tidak memegang data penting anda (seperti: Nomor Rekening, Jumlah Saldo, dan Lokasi).
Data berupa Nama dan Alamat Surel sepenuhnya berada kelola Sociabuzz sebagai operator monetisasi. Silahkan baca Kebijakan Privasi dan Ketentuan Pengguna milik Sociabuzz pada pranala yang tersedia.

Panduan untuk Perubahan Kurs, Bahasa, dan Regional Pembayaran

Jika anda berada di luar negeri dan ingin menyesuaikan kurs yang anda miliki, anda dapat mengubah pilihan kurs dengan mengklik kurs yang tersedia (pada No.1).
Jika anda ingin mengubah bahasa tampilan situs, anda dapat mengubahnya di kolom bahasa (pada No.2).
Jika anda ingin mengubah pilihan pembayaran berdasarkan negara anda, silahkan mengubahnya pada kolom lokasi (pada No.3). Sejumlah negara mungkin belum tersedia karena alasan tertentu.

How To Send Your Tip via Sociabuzz?

Sociabuzz TRIBE interface in Donate mode

First of all, please access the Sociabuzz TRIBE page of our talents that you'd like to support.
Click the green "Send your Tip!" button to open the dialog box to start sending your tip.
On Amount to be given column, please fill out the nominal of the tip that you want to send. You can change the currency according to your location (details below).
On Message column, please fill out the message that you want to say to our talents.
On Your Name column, please fill out your name. This column is optional.
On E-Mail colum, please fill out your e-mail address.
Tick the box dialog for the T&C below the E-Mail column
Click Choose Payment Method button to start choosing your preferred payment method
After choosing your payment method, you'll be redirected to the payment page. After the payment is verified, your support would be automatically detected by Sociabuzz.

Please note that:

Nakama Virtual did not hold your important data (i.e: Account Number, Total Balance, and your Location).
Few data such as Name, and E-Mail Address, are fully under Sociabuzz control as the monetization operator. Please refer to their Privacy Policy and T&C for further details.

If you're not in Indonesia and would like to use your preferred currency, you can adjust that on the currency selection (on No.1)
If you'd like to change the language of the site, you can change it on the language selection (on No.2)
If you'd like to adjust the payment methods based on where you live, please change it at location selection (on No.3). Several countries might be unavailable due to some circumstances.
